About AusiGen Wellness

Why we write programmes, not workouts

Anyone can hand you a hard session. We build twelve-week blocks with a reason behind every session, a measured start and a measured finish — run in whatever gym, garage or park you already train in.

Where this started

Written for people who were tired of guessing

AusiGen Wellness started in 2019 with a single twelve-week strength block, written for a handful of members training in commercial gyms across Sydney’s inner west. They were fit enough, they turned up three times a week, and they had been lifting the same weights for two years because nobody had ever given them a plan with a shape to it.

That first block did what a plan is supposed to do: it moved numbers. So we wrote the next one, and then the conditioning block, the mobility block and the nutrition block — each one owned by a coach who does that work for a living. The aerobic base work came from years of coaching club runners. Range & Recovery was built after watching too many members lose four weeks of a strength block to something entirely avoidable. And Everyday Fuel was written for people who had already tried the restrictive version and found it didn’t stick.

What we deliberately never built was a venue. There is no timetable to work around and no drop-in pass to buy. What you get is the programming and the coaching behind it, not a share of somebody’s rent.

Our method

Four rules every programme has to pass

A programme is only useful if you can finish it. These four rules decide what goes into a block, what gets cut, and what your coach changes when the fortnight didn’t go to plan.

01

Measure first, then programme

Every block opens with an assessment — a time trial, a set of top lifts, a four-point range check. We programme from what you can do today, not from what an average member could do.

02

Every session states its intent

You get the sets, reps, loads and RPE, and you get the why. When you know a session is there to build position rather than to test you, you run it properly instead of turning it into a competition.

03

Twelve weeks, three waves

Blocks run in three four-week waves: build position and tolerance, add load, then test. Deload and retest weeks are scheduled from day one — not improvised when you get tired in week nine.

04

Scale to the gear you have

Every lift has a written swap for missing equipment or a cranky shoulder, and every conditioning session has an indoor and an outdoor version. A hotel gym or a park shouldn't cost you a week.

Being straight with you

What we are, and what we are not

No crash diets

Everyday Fuel introduces one change a fortnight and holds it. Nothing is banned for the sake of it, no phase exists to punish you, and no supplement is required. If a plan only works while you're miserable, it isn't a plan.

No lock-in contracts

Every plan is month to month. You cancel from your account page and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. No joining fee, no exit fee, no retention phone call.

Not health advice

We're a fitness programme brand, not a health service. We don't diagnose, treat or rehabilitate anything. Check with your GP before starting if you have an existing injury or health condition.

AusiGen Wellness provides general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. It is not health advice. Check with your GP before starting a new programme if you have an existing injury or health condition.

Ready when you are

Start this week, not next quarter.

Tell us your training history, the equipment you have and the time you actually get. We’ll come back with the block we’d put you on and the reasoning behind it.
